Maggie Castillo, Esq.

Attorney Maggie Castillo is a well-respected immigration attorney at Castillo Law Firm. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and received her undergraduate degree from Chapman University. She has twenty years of experience and is a bi-lingual Spanish speaker. She has been a zealous immigration law practitioner for over 17 years and is passionate about protecting immigrants by vigorously fighting for their rights. 


Ms. Castillo’s commitment to her clients, attention to details and in-depth knowledge of the law is clearly evident by the approval rate of her cases. She has documented success in family-based immigration law, including: complex waivers, difficult appeals, victims of crime applications and aggressive removal defense representation. She has represented individuals in removal proceedings throughout the United States. 


She is past Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association- Southern California Chapter and is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association –Immigration Section.


Her dedication to the field and practice is demonstrated by years of leadership and involvement in both local and national immigration bar association(s).
